A applicant wishing to be admitted to JNV Class-6 (JNVST-2025) cannot have been born before May 1, 2013, or after July 31, 2015 (inclusive). At the time of admission, the candidate who has been provisionally selected must present a copy of their birth certificate from the relevant government authority. All candidates, including those from the Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Other Backward Class (OBC), would be subject to this. |

Candidates are admitted to class VI of a JNV based on their district. Only candidates enrolled in class V in the same district may submit an application for admission to JNV. To apply for admission to JNVs through JNVST, a candidate must be a bonafide resident of the district in which the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is located and enrolled in class V in that district. Candidates for NVS Class-6 Admission 2024 who are repeaters or have passed class V before the session 2024–25 are not eligible to apply. |

School Study Certificate: Certificate by the Head Master confirming details of classes III, IV, and V. 7. Medical Fitness Certificate. 8. Undertaking for Migration. 9. Disability Certificate (if applicable). 10. Category/Community Certificate (SC/ST) if applicable. 11. Category/Community Certificate OBC, as per central list (if applicable). |
